Ice fishing, right from your Sun Peaks door.

Meet Campbell, owner & operator

Campbell Bryk grew up fishing and never stopped. After moving to Sun Peaks in 2015, he saw a chance to share a uniquely Canadian experience with visitors from around the world — and founded Elevated Fishing Adventures in 2016.

Season after season he's kept the catch rate above 90%, welcomed guests of nearly every age, and built trips that work for almost everyone — including accessible tour options and custom day tours toward Kamloops and the surrounding area.

Good to know

Questions families ask us

Do we need any fishing experience?

None at all. Trips are built for first-timers — an experienced guide sets everything up and teaches you as you go, so new anglers catch fish too.

Can kids come along?

Yes — trips are family-friendly and open to all ages and experience levels, with accessible tour options available. Give us a call and we can make it happen.

Do I need a fishing licence?

Anyone 16 or older needs a BC freshwater fishing licence (not included in the trip price). It only takes a few minutes to buy online from the BC government.

What should we wear?

Full winter gear — warm socks and footwear, gloves and a hat. Rubber boots are available if needed, and sunglasses are recommended for bright days on the ice.

What if the weather turns?

Trips run all winter with a heated tent to keep you warm. Only extreme cold (below −40°C) cancels a trip. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.

How big can our group be?

Standard trips take up to 5 guests. Larger groups of 6–10 can be arranged as custom trips — call for details.
